commerceprxps.dll is Missing from Your Computer?, Try SmartPCFixer

I need to install a software on my PC, however, I always get a pop-up error "Cannot start [APPLICATION]. A required component is missing: commerceprxps.dll. Please install [APPLICATION] again." I've tried to figure it out on my own. Nothing happened. One problem is I'm not sure if I have done the right thing to fix this error. I need professioncal suggestions.
