I have tried to install a software for many times, but I always encounter the message "This application has failed to start because cdains16.dll was not found." I've tried to download the cdains16.dll file by myself. But I still got the same message. One problem is I'm not sure if I have done the right thing to fix this error. I need professioncal suggestions. Thanks.
