How to Fix cdrio.dll is Missing Error

I just installed a software for many times, but I always get a message saying "The file cdrio.dll is missing." I've tried to figure it out on my own. Nothing happened. One problem is I'm not sure if I have done the right thing to fix this error. Can anyone offer some help?
